Thank you for this. I consider myself technical and those words felt like a punch in the gut.

So the question isn’t if ordinary people can exert copyright over their content, they absolutely can.
The reason people seem unaware of this is because the crux is that other then a rare exception no ordinary person can sue a megaorg like google or meta and win. For mostly trying to find a literal army of lawyers and corrupt bureaucrats would be mental health suicide.
That’s exactly how capitalism likes it and thats how they stay on top in a position to lobby lawmakers, which is yet another thing you are definitely legally allowed to do as an individual.
A whole 11.5 hours of extra sleep next to a nostalgia machine?? Count me in.
I am also looking for this. I default to fitgirl because its the only trustworthy source in the scene that i know.
Oc i can just try and find a torent myself but with so many fakers out there, people uploading game files even if there is no working crack available, it feels like gambling.
I need em rare pink floyd bootlegs if anyone has some.
Gog tries but its only drm free till its not.
Looking at you Cult of the lamb!
Thats an interesting observation. I love the game and plan on starting a new playtrough this summer but you made me wonder and i cant really pinpoint annything I would talk about.
Maybe the different is that the game is an addition to a fandom rather then being the fandom. There plenty stuff to talk wizarding world. The game is more about experiencing and immersing the total rather then zooming in on its individual components.
I am glad those work for you but music is very subjective and personal and these wont work for me. and my autistic peculiar tastes
I literally just managed to build a system so i never need to see the youtube website again. Its what made me wonder if i could do the same for Spotify
I much prefer to download music as flac and keep them local but i have 2 issues.
Finding new musis is hard because i am rarely exposed to it.
Music i like tends to be more obscure and harder to find a flac download for.
Ive started to use Spotify this year for those reasons but i hate it. I would love an alternative.
This is the way, i have not yet seen this popup on Firefox but i am taking precautions, just earlier today i got a first working script to check a file with a list of channels to download the latest video from straight to jellyfin.
The benefit of a smaller screen is that you need less resolution to make it look half decent and with all the optimizing valve does with proton i imagine its quite playable. But the way graphics where implemented in star-field is shit and there are no excuses.
I get it, thats a really low affordable price but i ain’t paying money to pirate more conveniently.
We Evolve!
There something really satisfying about witnessing a community starting to talk about serious a issue and days later see things already improved.
Lemmy is now the internet, glory to all volunteer devs. Lets make it the best place we possibly can!
Does this need to connect to openai or does it function fully independently? Its for offline use.
Is it a Foss or at least an open linux based distro though? Its still Arch under the hood, all is well.
