The weird thing is I know a lot of millennials that could use a dos computer just fine but struggle with anything modern

there is Lemmy handshake which syncs your communities on mobile, but welcome to db
happens for me as well on sync
agreed then I would be able to drop my last subscription being tidal
in fact for the games that have been removed I actually still have full access, like rocket League still in my library just not purchasable anymore
I thought they was a screw or something behind the screen I dont fully remember tbh it was kinda a blur when I did it
personally I didn’t find it that hard just took awhile. the screen did require a considerable amount of force. as long as you get one corner up with a suction cup. you should just be able to go around the edge slowly with a metal pick or similar flat piece of metal or plastic and cut the glue just be sure to take your time. i would recommend working a short edge first then work your way on top and bottom till you can just lever the screen out without break it
dont you still have to take the screen off for disassembly though with a full swap
why is heating the screen so bad?
just cause you don’t like it doesn’t mean it couldn’t be there
they actually do produce some good content it’s just rare sadly and it’s getting more rare
it’s not that they sniff traffic for torrents because that’s as you said encrypted it’s that bad actors can join public trackers and gather all the ips and send them off to your isp if your on private trackers that you trust you don’t need a VPN
they both do?
or lbry/odyssey
Any public site is bound to have some just download from known safe uploaders and you’re fine
