Isn’t the latest version of gtk gtk4?
Isn’t the latest version of gtk gtk4?
I’ve used it several times since it was launched and it’s always the saving that is a bit awkward. It is a great tool though. I’m using obsidian now purely for it’s simplicity
Just tried out voyager, it feels a bit toyish and definitely iOS-first so feels weird on android. Thunder hasn’t had a release for 2 months
Edit: been using thunder for a few weeks and love it!
Are there any downsides to this? Why isn’t it default if it is so drastically better?
But it’s the official Collabora repo?
I haven’t used it but looks like Collabora does it. You can add their report to f-droid: https://www.collaboraoffice.com/releases-en/collabora-office-on-mobiles-supporting-password-protected-documents-and-available-on-f-droid/
Depends how complicated your site is. If it is a static site, you might just be able to buy a nice template (or find a free one) and host it yourself
In my experience nextcloud was unbearably slow on a Raspi 3b. I’d recommend a an intel j4125 based micro computer, I got mine second hand for about £80 and it’s many times faster than the Raspi.
Basically just looks like a flowcharting app? What about draw.io? It’s not that extensive but it’s pretty good and free.
Like Songkick? Haven’t heard of any self hosted thing like it
To be honest I’m not interested in the file sharing side of nextcloud as I use Syncthing, I’m more interested in the utilities (eg notes, kanban) and the office capabilities. I want to replace gsuite
I use Syncthing for my files, I don’t need a Web ui so it’s great and handles huge directories easily.
I’m trying this and it seems to be running. If I run curl 127.0.0.1:9091
I get a 403 which is expected but if I try to access the same from another computer on the network then the connection times out, any idea what could be the cause?
Yes I have 8gb of ram, but it seems insane that it needs that much considering what it is doing.
How do I configure it to use the Mullvad proxy?
I’m not using a Pi, I’m using a j4125 based mini computer, which has made a big difference but the performance just still is not good enough.
The documentation says nginx is not officially supported: https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/19/admin_manual/installation/nginx.html
I am using mariadb
From the instructions it looked like anything other than the default ports is not supported in AIO. I want to host other sites on this server without much complication.
It’s on a SATA drive, albeit hard drive not ssd and I’m using mariadb. Everybody seems to suggest I need a beefier server but as a developer myself, the functionality of the software doesn’t seem to warrant anything more powerful.
That sounds very frustrating!
