Fuck it, if it’s hackable, it’s the company’s fault.
Bless the guy who leaked the HL2 beta.
I’ve tried with NordVPN myself without any success
And I’ve just found post on Reddit that says “videos that are only available in those countries aren’t downloadable because there aren’t any ip’s that youtube recognize as being from those countries”
I had already checked on archive.org, but I checked again. Only 3 capures that don’t work. It’s a video uploaded 16 years ago that has been blocked for a while already…
On YouTube, the video page loads and on the player it says “Video unavailable This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds”
https://seostudio.tools/youtube-region-restriction-checker indicates that the video is only available in the countries mentioned on the post’s title
Why is people downvoting?
What VPN service do you use?
Piped says the same as YouTube: “This video contains content from NBCUniversal_International, who has blocked it on copyright grounds”
There are like 20 invidious instances, should I check them all?
That’s why I don’t use NewPipe anymore. I have it as a backup, but I rarely open it.
I like to log in so that it affects my recommendations and history.
Can I log in with my Google account too?
Y’all speaking about NewPipe and ReVanced, but SmartTube Next, which was originally intended for Android on smart TV’s, works perfectly on phones too.
And aside of blocking ads and allowing you to log in, it has Sponsorblock integrated.
The other day I found a .torrent file for a movie on aMule. It had +20 seeders.
My reply was regarding this:
I honestly don’t even think this is that edgy of a sketch …
The episode came out over 15 years ago…
I resorted to a shitty script that gets the most m4a video quality using grep and awk.
Is the thumbnail embedding a yt-dlp feature?
The fork yt-dlp already downloads in the highest quality.
The problem is that, that’s (sometimes?) webm format…
Very Reich of them chasing random citizens
We can only trust that Valve acts in good faith if the time ever comes…
Now I’m wondering if any team has released a game both on GOG and Steam and still enabled DRM on the Steam release…
Same here with the original Metro: Last Light.
However, Valve has grabbed us by the balls by forcing use to use Steam to run purchased games. They could go out of business or whatever and people would the entire Steam games library.
I try to buy games via GOG instead if they have a similar offer for the same game.
Why is “Nintendo of America Inc.” in a different font?
