I’ve got 3 iPods. The nano I got way back in like 2006, and two gen4s I bought 5yrs ago. They’ve all been modded with new batteries and ssds, but they all work just fine.

I’m not the person you’re replying to, but I am Australian and can give my 2 cents, what the grey market sellers are selling them for here in Australia anyway. Hell, wouldn’t mind paying a bit more than that too. I just want to buy it legit so I have all the warranty protections etc.
Bold claim to make from one comment. But then again, I shouldn’t expect any less from someone with your post history…
Lol, 10s on your profile says exactly why you think this way. Good luck getting through life so full of hate.
I torrent so much I had to switch to 720p to save space and still have a backlog of 3tb. I blame my ADHD, I have to hoard everyyyyyyyyything.
Nope. Only on the grey market. To be fair, most grey market sellers if it do have a fairly robust refund set up cos Australian law dictates they must. But some of them will make you feel like you’re trying to get blood from a stone if something goes wrong…
Companies exiting a market and leaving clients/customers without their service isn’t a new thing. Was happening well before DRM was even thought of, let alone implemented. And still happens now. Polaroid leaving the instant photo market comes to mind.
