What makes the experience not enjoyable for you?
So, when is the token sale after which we’ll inevitably never hear from the project again?
That’s true, though notably even the solo and friends-only options in SoT are still entirely online and share their progression with the main online mode. I agree that it would be cool to have a modding-friendly option that’s completely separate.
While I would still prefer no anti-cheat
I’m curious, why’s that? For me, cheaters are extremely detrimental to enjoying online games.
Both Yuzu and Citra are still available on the Discover Store, or at least they were when I checked ~12 hours ago. I don’t think Emudeck will uninstall it, they certainly aren’t required to.

Currently playing through Mother 3. Great game, but not surprised it never got a Western release with all its dark themes.
Personally I wouldn’t really want to add any extra bulk to my Steam Deck. The case you linked also only really protects the back of the device, which shouldn’t be too susceptible to damage. Wouldn’t do anything to protect the screen, buttons or internals. If my Steam Deck’s shell ever does break, I’d just buy a replacement one from e.g. JSAUX.
Main game I’m playing currently is Cobalt Core. It’s a card-based roguelike similar to Slay the Spire where you control a space ship. Really fun, I might actually prefer it over Slay the Spire.
The stuck buttons are a defect, Valve will replace the unit if you RMA.
I’ve had that same bug without even having wifi 6. Maybe other routers in the area could have caused it? Curious to see if it’s fixed for me now, in any case.
Also, small correction: The update is on the preview channel, not yet beta.
You wrote that though, which is wrong:
You can only get HDR from the Steam Deck OLED if you output the display to an HDR display.
To be fair though, the first sentence when you bring up the OLED Deck’s product page right after “Introducing Steam Deck OLED” is “A high dynamic range screen, a longer-lasting battery, faster downloads, and much more”. HDR is then mentioned like 5 more times on the product page, so I don’t really get why people miss it.
They’re wrong, the OLED Deck definitely has an HDR screen. Not sure why two users in this thread claim it doesn’t.
Incorrect, it does have an HDR display. See the product page.
The OLED Deck does have an HDR screen.
Probably buying Cult of the Lamb. Waiting to get my OLED Deck first though, still only at “packaged”. :/
Ordered within 20 minutes, still at “packaged”.
According to Rich from Digital Foundry it’s very good. He compares it to a “top-end LG television”. He’s generally a very knowledgable person and not prone to exaggerate, so I expect great things.
The Sky devs managed to do it somehow in any case. Could be the windows touchscreen API.
