I wish the port was on the bottom in the first place. Ditto audio jacks on phones (while they lasted, rip)

Thanks for the share! Great way to waste a few minutes from time to time
I heard that it’s better on the OLED but the og deck’s touch screen is kinda poor. So I haven’t really used it much :/
Tbh I was like halfway down the thread before I realized that it wasn’t
Oh, I’ve heard of the alpakka! That one is pretty unique, looks really effective though once you get the hang of it. If you didn’t know, there’s also “flick stick”, which is a gyro technique distinct from either. Personally, I’m hoping for a steam controller 2. The deck feels much more natural in my hands than the original steam controller did
There’s more then one way to gyro, so I guess I shouldn’t have said it’s THE way to go. But it’s my preference. I treat gyro as an aggressive auto aim without the auto. Large motions are still controlled by the right joystick or touchpad, I just gyro for the fine, fast aiming. I’ve never felt the need to ratchet, I can reorient by swiping the touchpad intuitively.
Always on is the way to go
Same, Spotify and steam are too convenient for me. Everything else though…
I’ve heard that that’s similar to why Adobe creative cloud was so easy to pirate for years (maybe it still is, idk, I switched to affinity forever ago). Adobe is the industry standard because everyone uses it -> person wants to learn photo/video editing, digital illustration, etc, but can’t afford it -> pirate Adobe instead of trying cheaper/free alternatives, because it’s the industry standard -> person with Adobe skills gets hired by business that pays for Adobe legitimately because that’s what most people know -> Adobe is the industry because everyone uses it, and the cycle goes on…
I fit mine back there after coiling up the cable. It’s not very secure, but it works
Ah, gotcha
I mean, there used be a webapp that let you run snes rom files from your Google drive (forgot what it’s called), so I have no doubt that a link to the past could run on anything
I’ve been playing a lot of rocket League through heroic
Try hitting up their discord. They’ve been super responsive and unbelievably patient the couple times I had an issue
When was the last time you tried heroic? I was getting pretty frequent log outs about a year ago, but it was fixed in an update and has been pretty flawless for me for a few months now
Same! I’ve been playing since it came out, and Pubg mobile’s control scheme is honestly so innovative. I’m glad that other mobile fps have been following suit. I can look you dead in the eye and say that I’d rather play pubg on my phone with gyro always on than on console with without gyro every single time, without question. When you get good at it, it’s legitimately as good as a mouse.
I really hope it becomes more mainstream. It’s really a game changer (literally)
Defibrillator?
Yeah I can see that. Can it breath ok like that?
